Well, i have found out and luckily submitted my sitemap in just seconds!I have created new blogger site for this blog post. :)
Step 1. Open the sitemap generator and enter your full blogspot address.
Step 2. Generate or Create Sitemap
3. Go to Search Console and add your generated sitemap or simply enter below xml
And we're done! Search engines will automatically discover your XML Sitemaps and no need to ping them manually.
